French mountaineer dies after falling from cliff
A French mountaineer has died after falling from a cliff during his return after scaling the Mera Peak in Solukhumbu.
Matt Hisu Legaul, 30, of France slipped from the cliff at a place called Thulokharka of Jubhing VDC, according to District Police Office, Solu.
he incident reportedly took place on Friday morning but the police came to know about it only the next day. An investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
